1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter «T&C») apply to all ticket purchases, event registrations, catering orders, and merchandise/consumable pre-orders made through the website of fack events by fullauto club kollbrunn (hereinafter «FACK Events»). By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to these T&C.
2. Strict No-Refund & No-Return Policy (All Sales Are Final)
FACK Events operates under a strict «All Sales Are Final» policy. Once a purchase or booking is completed, the customer has no right of withdrawal, no right of return, and no right to a refund.
- Event Tickets: Tickets are personal, bound to the specific event date, and strictly non-refundable. If a participant cannot attend the event (due to illness, scheduling conflicts, military service, or any other personal reason), no refund, store credit, or voucher will be issued.
- Catering & Meals: Pre-ordered meals and Field Kitchen combos are freshly planned and prepared based on order volume. Cancellations or refunds for catering are 100% excluded.
- Consumables & Gear: Pre-orders for ammunition (BBs), gas, CO2 cartridges, apparel, or patches are final. There is no right of return or exchange once purchased.
3. Event Postponement or Cancellation by the Organizer
- If an event must be postponed or rescheduled by FACK Events due to force majeure, extreme weather, official government regulations, or safety reasons, all tickets and pre-ordered add-ons remain valid for the replacement date. No cash refunds will be issued.
- If an event is cancelled entirely without a replacement date, FACK Events will issue a digital store voucher for the full purchase amount. Cash refunds are excluded.
4. No Shipping / On-Site Collection Only
- FACK Events does not ship phsyical products via post or courier.
- All pre-ordered merchandise, catering, and consumables must be collected phsyically by the customer at the event venue in the Safe Zone on the day of the event.
- If a customer fails to attend the event or forgets to collect their pre-ordered items on-site, the items are forfeited. No refunds, post-shipping, or late pickups are permitted.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C and the contract between the customer and FACK Events shall be governed exclusively by Swiss Law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is the registered seat of the organizer (Bremgarten/Aargau, Switzerland).
